On the 26th March at 0500, our communications provider is implementing a platform wide update to include the following bug fix's and enhancements. This is expected to take no more than 1 hour.
These include:
[-] Reports Wallboard agent last activity time stamp field added. [-] PBX Call centre queue park and call back feature improvements. API Response to include answered extension details. Desk phone DND to show BLF status as busy on the platform Fax retention period has been set to 90 days. [-] Known bugs/issues/UI fixes A number of enhancements to improve system operation and management, with some minor bug fixes.
After the planned maintenance period, if your equipment is showing no service, please reboot the device.
